Role Overview
The UI/UX Faculty will lead teaching, mentoring, and academic development in User Interface and User Experience Design. The role involves guiding students through user- centered design processes, interaction design methodologies, digital product development, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Interaction Design, UX Research, and Usability Testing.
- Train students in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Miro.
- Mentor students for live projects, internships, and portfolio development.
- Guide capstone and industry-sponsored projects.
- Conduct workshops on AI-integrated UX workflows and emerging digital experiences.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement aligned with industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in UX Design / Interaction Design / HCI / Digital Design or related
field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX process and execution.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in UX research and interaction design.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and mentoring skills.
Experience
3-10 years of industry and/or academic experience.
