Role Summary
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The role includes handling reception duties, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative functions.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain front desk and reception area
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain records and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization at the front desk
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Professional visitor handling and communication
- Call response time and accuracy
- Front office management efficiency
- Coordination with internal departments
- Punctuality and discipline
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Basic organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred skills
- Prior internship or front office experience
- Customer handling experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
