We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our Workspace Design & Environmental Graphics team. In this role, you will help transform spaces into engaging brand experiences by creating impactful visual communication, environmental graphics, signage systems, wayfinding solutions, and workplace branding.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with a passion for storytelling through spatial experiences. You should be comfortable collaborating with architects, interior designers, strategists, project managers, and production teams to deliver thoughtful and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual design solutions for workplace branding, environmental graphics, and experiential spaces.
- Design wall graphics, murals, wayfinding systems, signage, donor walls, installations, and branded environments.
- Translate brand identities into compelling spatial graphic experiences.
- Create presentations, mood boards, design intent documents, artwork, and production-ready files.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams throughout the design process.
- Prepare artwork according to fabrication and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and printers to ensure design accuracy and production quality.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand spatial context and support installations.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, printing technologies, and environmental graphic best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and project timelines.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
