Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven digital strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has strong analytical skills, and demonstrates proven success in scaling digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define KPIs, performance targets, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead annual and quarterly digital planning and budgeting.
2. Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Oversee campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.
- Drive ROI-focused performance marketing initiatives.
3. SEO & Content Marketing
- Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content plans.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and site performance.
4. Marketing Automation & CRM
- Oversee email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
- Work with CRM systems to improve customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Optimize customer journeys to increase conversion rates.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team members.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and external agencies.
- Manage vendor relationships and digital marketing budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns.

- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- SEO & SEM
- Marketing automation tools
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B / B2C (customize as needed).
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
