Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in bulk hiring to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing multiple positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
