Location: Multiple Training Centres
Role Summary
The Training Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, admissions, fee collection, parent communication, and operational management of all training centres. The role requires active office management during the morning hours and on-ground supervision of training activities across various centres in the evenings, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMorning (Office Administration & Operations)Admissions & Enquiries
- Make admission calls to prospective students and parents.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, referrals, and campaigns.
- Explain academy programs, fee structures, schedules, and registration procedures.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Fee Collection & Accounts Coordination
- Follow up on pending fee payments and overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate fee collection records.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely communication with parents regarding fee deadlines.
Parent Relations & Communication
- Address parent enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Send updates regarding schedules, events, tournaments, and academy activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain student databases and registration records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions, collections, and attendance.
- Coordinate logistics for academy events, camps, and special programs.
- Manage centre-related documentation and operational requirements.
Evening (Training Centre Operations)Centre Supervision
- Visit and oversee training sessions at designated centres.
- Ensure sessions are conducted according to academy standards and methodologies.
- Monitor attendance of players and coaching staff.
- Verify that facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
Coach Coordination
- Support coaches in daily operational requirements.
- Communicate management instructions and updates to coaching staff.
- Monitor discipline, professionalism, and adherence to academy guidelines.
Student & Parent Engagement
- Interact with parents during training hours.
- Resolve operational concerns and provide necessary assistance.
- Ensure a positive experience for players and families.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure training environments are safe, organized, and professional.
- Monitor the overall quality and consistency of programs across all centres.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly admission targets achieved.
- Timely fee collections and reduced outstanding payments.
- Parent satisfaction and retention rates.
- Smooth operations across all training centres.
- Accurate reporting and database management.
- Effective coordination with coaches and support staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good administrative and organizational abilities.
- Experience in customer service, education, sports management, or academy operations is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel between training centres during evening sessions.
- Passion for youth development and sports is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Morning: Office administration, admissions, and fee collection activities.
- Evening: Supervision and management of training sessions across academy centres.
- Weekend availability may be required during tournaments, events, and special programs.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
