Support Engineer with good Communication skills and passion for technologies. You will be part of cross-functional support team and will meet / understand the product / customer requirements / customer issue. You will work on customer issues and provide quality support to the customer. Daily you will analyze the issues raised by the customer.
- Very good communication skills is a must.
- Knowledge on L1 and L2 support process is a must.
- Knowledge of deploying applications is good to have.
- Knowledge on technologies like Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Webservices is an added advantage.
- Should possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and should be a quick learner.
- Any Engineering Graduate (Any Stream).
- Good verbal communication skills must.
- Team Player. Can coordinate internally with team well.
- Willing to work on Night Shift / Morning Shift.
