Part-Time Content Creator / Videographer
Location: Jaipur
Compensation: ₹7,000–₹10,000/month
Expected output: ~10 videos/month, depending on the complexity of the content
About Grayzle
Grayzle.com is a gravy premix brand trying to create a new way for people to eat food.
We have a lot of content ideas. What we need is someone who can help turn those ideas into actual videos.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the founder to take content ideas from “I have an idea” → “here’s how we’ll execute it” → “the video is shot.”
You don't need to be a professional videographer. We’re looking for someone with a basic understanding of content creation, a good visual eye, and the ability to take ownership of execution.
What You'll Do
- Take content ideas from concept to shoot-ready execution.
- Figure out how an idea should be filmed — shots, locations, props, people, setup, etc.
- Work with the founder to plan and execute shoots.
- Come prepared with a plan rather than waiting to be told exactly what to shoot.
- Shoot primarily on a phone; professional equipment is not required.
- Work across different types of content — conceptual videos, founder-led content, games, challenges and experimental formats.
- Understand basic framing, composition, pacing and hooks.
- Look at reference videos and understand how to recreate or adapt their feel for Grayzle.
- Communicate clearly about what you need and flag anything that may not work.
- Take ownership of timelines and deliver footage on time.
- Be flexible and willing to change the execution when needed.
- Editing is not required, but if you're interested in learning, there may be opportunities to take on editing work over time.
What We're Looking For
High agency above everything else.
If we give you an idea, we want you to think about how to make it happen, not wait for someone to tell you every step.
For example, if we say:
“I have an idea for a challenge video involving our gravy premixes.”
We want you to think:
“Okay, let's figure out what the challenge is, what we need, where we should shoot it, who's involved, what shots we'll need, and what we need to do before we start filming.”
You should also have:
- A good visual eye — especially for framing and composition.
- An understanding of what makes content engaging, particularly hooks and pacing.
- The ability to take a reference and adapt its feel rather than simply copy it.
- Strong communication.
- Reliability and respect for deadlines.
- A willingness to experiment and figure things out.

We care more about what you can do than how many years you've been doing it.
