₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA (₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month), based on experience and skill assessment

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Optimisation Executive to manage, grow, and optimise our brand’s and clients’ presence across social media platforms. The candidate should be able to independently plan content calendars, run organic campaigns, and analyse performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Optimise social media profiles/pages for maximum organic reach and engagement
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and manage post scheduling
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interaction
- Track and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and social media trends
- Support basic paid social media boosting/campaigns when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working specifically in Social Media Optimisation/Management
- Demonstrated experience growing social media pages organically
- Strong written communication and content sense
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH setup with regular reporting
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling/management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Working knowledge of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Basic analytics skills to track and report engagement/reach metrics
Good to Have
- Experience with paid social media ads (Meta Ads Manager)
- Basic photo/video editing skills for quick content turnarounds
- Meta Blueprint or similar social media certification
Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indore City, Madhya Pradesh
