Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and execute site operations for our upcoming residential apartment and high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, a strong understanding of structural and finishing work, and the ability to manage contractors and labor effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed strictly according to approved structural and architectural drawings.
- High-Rise Expertise: Oversee specific high-rise construction elements including deep foundations, slip formwork, high-grade concrete pouring, and tower crane coordination.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship. Check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), shuttering, casting, and finishing works to ensure high-quality standards.
- Team & Labor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, site supervisors, and labor to maintain steady workflow and productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to PPE and scaffolding safety standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material indents, and track overall project timelines against the master schedule.
- Coordination: Work closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams, architects, and project managers to resolve site queries and prevent clashes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven site execution experience, specifically in residential apartments and high-rise commercial/residential buildings.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading complex structural drawings, AutoCAD, BBS preparation, and quantity estimation.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Must be comfortable working the required 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
