Telecaller cum Personal Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized Telecaller cum Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling calls, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
- Maintain records and update data in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare reports and manage documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and office tasks.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma / PUC (12th Pass) can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
