Job Summary
Gotejaga is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our merchant network. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local shops and businesses in the assigned area, onboarding them onto the Gotejaga platform, and developing a strong delivery network for smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other businesses in the assigned area.
- Explain Gotejaga's services and benefits to merchants and convince them to join the platform.
- Register and onboard new merchants on the Gotejaga app/portal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business partners.
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition and onboarding targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Recruit and coordinate delivery boys in the assigned area to ensure smooth order delivery operations.
- Assist delivery partners with onboarding, documentation, and training.
- Monitor merchant and delivery partner performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve merchant queries and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information.
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports.

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or merchant acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of merchants onboarded per month.
- Number of active merchants in the assigned area.
- Number of delivery boys recruited and activated.
- Merchant retention and satisfaction rate.
- Achievement of monthly sales and onboarding targets.
