Job Title: Content Executive
Department: Content Development / Maritime Training Reporting To: Content Development Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our maritime training content team. The role involves supporting the management in the delivery of high-quality training content, including e-modules, presentations, documentation, and multimedia materials. The incumbent will also serve as the in-charge for Assessment software and will provide end-to-end support for content-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Support: Assist in editing, and updating training content such as e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based inventories, synopsis, FAQs, course catalogs, and regulatory compliance materials (IMO, SIRE 2.0, MARPOL, MEG4, etc.).
- Dynamic Software Management: Act as the primary in-charge for assessment based software tool .
- MS Office Expertise: Create, format, and maintain professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Content Coordination: Support gap analysis, content review, version control, and collaboration with subject matter experts and team members.
- Multimedia & e-Module Support: Help in organizing images, videos, and other multimedia elements for training modules.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all content meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Quickly learn new tools, processes, and maritime domain knowledge to enhance content delivery efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Maintain content repositories, track updates, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in content development, e-learning, documentation, or training support (freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint — advanced level).
- Experience working with software or e-learning tools is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and maritime domain knowledge rapidly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (formatting, formulas, charts, templates, mail merge, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with content management tools
- Basic understanding of multimedia and e-learning best practices
- Team player with good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
