Production Operations
- Monitor and control plant processes to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of reactors, distillation columns, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and other process equipment.
- Maintain product quality as per specifications.
- Coordinate start-up, shutdown, and process changeover activities.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Lead emergency response activities during shift operations.
Team Management
- Supervise operators, technicians, and contract workers.
- Allocate duties and monitor workforce performance.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to shift personnel.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to plant procedures.
Process Monitoring
- Analyze process parameters and take corrective actions when required.
- Minimize downtime, process losses, and utility consumption.
- Coordinate with maintenance and laboratory departments for smooth operations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records.
- Prepare shift handover reports and communicate critical issues.
- Record deviations, breakdowns, and corrective actions taken during the shift.
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure equipment isolation and safe handover for maintenance work.
- Follow up on equipment performance and reliability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
