Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct online/telephonic nutrition counselling sessions with patients.
- Assess health goals, dietary habits, medical conditions, food preferences, and restrictions.
- Develop personalized diet and nutrition plans.
- Provide therapeutic nutrition guidance for various health conditions.
- Track patient progress and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Motivate clients to improve adherence to prescribed diet plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update data in company systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate outcomes and modify nutrition plans as needed.
Eligibility:-
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or PG Diploma in Clinical Nutrition/Dietetics/Food Science & Nutrition.
- Diabetic educator will be preferred.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Good computer and documentation skills.
Preferred Languages:-
- English + Hindi + Any Regional Language
Work Details:-
- Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Work from Office).
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off: Sundays; 1st and 2nd Saturdays half-days.
- Pick-up/drop facility from Thane station will be provided.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
