Master Teacher – JEE/NEET

About the Role
We are looking for experienced and passionate Master Teachers to join our offline academic centres in Tamil Nadu. The candidate should have strong teaching experience in JEE and NEET preparation and be able to effectively engage, mentor, and guide students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions for JEE and NEET aspirants.
- Teach and explain concepts clearly with a strong focus on fundamentals and problem-solving.
- Prepare students for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET examinations.
- Develop and deliver lectures, practice sessions, tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide appropriate feedback and guidance.
- Mentor students and support them in improving their academic performance.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Work closely with the academic team to improve student learning outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–10 years of relevant teaching experience in JEE and NEET coaching.
- Candidates should have experience handling both JEE and NEET.
- Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Candidates currently working outside Tamil Nadu should be willing to relocate to the required Tamil Nadu location.
- Prior experience in an offline coaching/education institute will be preferred.
Salary
₹3 LPA – ₹12 LPA, depending on experience, subject expertise, and interview performance.
Preferred Candidate
We prefer candidates who:
- Have proven JEE + NEET teaching experience.
- Can communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
- Are comfortable working in an offline classroom environment.
- Are willing to relocate within Tamil Nadu based on business requirements.
Note: The specific centre/location will be discussed during the selection process.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
