Key Responsibilities:
* Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Management courses.
* Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools.
Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
* Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
Participate in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
* Assist in accreditation, NAAC, NBA, and other departmental activities.
Organize conferences, guest lectures, industrial visits, and placement-related activities.
Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration.
* Perform duties assigned by the Head of the Department and Management.
Qualifications:
*MBA.,
*NET/SET qualification preferred.
* Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms.
*Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
Freshers or experienced candidates as per institutional requirements.
Teaching, research, and industry experience will be an added advantage.
