Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager with GCC experience to oversee and manage the daily operations of a trading company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the trading company and ensure business efficiency
- Manage sales support, logistics, procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement and replenishment
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Supervise and lead operational teams to achieve company objectives
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders and deliveries
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Operations Management within a Trading Company
- GCC (Ex-Gulf) experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics operations
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory Management Systems

Qualification

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
