LOCATION: Guwahati
QUALIFICATION: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE: 6 to 12 Years
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train and support dealer service teams to ensure quick response and Quality Service support.
- Manage relationships with key customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate Service Engineers for Erection & Commissioning (E&C), breakdown support, and spare parts sales.
- Resolve major customer complaints and technical issues escalated by Service engineers & Dealers.
- Ensure timely warranty, post-warranty, and preventive maintenance services as per recommended schedule.
- Review and validate service reports and machine health check reports submitted by Service Engineers.
- Conduct safety, operation, and maintenance training for customers and dealers.
- Achieve regional targets for lead generation, spare parts sales, and AMC/YCC conversions.
- Follow up on Payment collections and maintain outstanding within limits from customers and dealers.
