Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through our services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain our products/services to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM/sales tracker.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer support and onboarding.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Punjabi language proficiency is preferred.
- Confident in handling customer conversations over calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Laptop and stable internet connection are required.
