· Provide technical troubleshooting support for client consumer products, including Printers, PCs, and connected cloud services like Instant Ink. · Assist customers with hardware and software troubleshooting, covering networking (LAN/WLAN), operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), and legacy technologies like scanning and faxing. · Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Community, and YouTube, ensuring timely and helpful interactions. · Utilize social media management tools and follow platform-specific best practices to engage with customers effectively. · Explain technical solutions clearly and simply, ensuring customers understand troubleshooting steps and resolutions. · Communicate in a professional, friendly, and brand-aligned manner, maintaining client voice in all customer interactions.
