About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to help us connect with potential business clients and generate leads for our website design and development services.
You will be provided with a database of potential clients. Your job will be to call these businesses, understand whether they need a website or want to improve their existing online presence, explain our services, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses from the provided database.
- Introduce our website design and development services.
- Ask the right questions to understand the client's business and requirements.
- Identify businesses that don't have a website or have an outdated website.
- Explain our services and offers in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule calls/meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with interested clients through phone/WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Persuasive but professional communication style.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue making calls.
- Basic knowledge of websites and digital services is a plus.
- Previous telecalling, sales, BDE or lead-generation experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can apply.
