Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and expanding the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
- Meet potential clients and present company products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare business proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
- Maintain sales records and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

- MBA is an added advantage
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred

Work Location
Pay: ₹11,517.38 - ₹25,000.82 per month
