Perform Instrumental analysis & review of Raw Material, In process samples and finished product. Hands on experience on HPLC, GC, FTIR, Polarity meter & UV spectrophotometer. Good knowledge of software specially Empower. Able to do trouble shooting on instrumentation & able to resolve problem on line. Able to perform calibration of HPLC and GC. Sound Knowledge of handling OOS/OOT/Deviation & Lab incident.
Maintain data integrity in the lab and follow cGMP norms in the Lab.
Coordination with production shift officer for sample & planning of instruments as per production Requirements.
Coordination with QC Manager for any break down, any abnormalities observed during analysis. Log OOS/OOT/Deviation.
