Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Muglivakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing inquiries, counseling prospective candidates, and converting leads into enrollments.
Candidates with experience in Hotels, Hospitals, FMCG, Product & Service industries, Educational Institutions, BPOs, Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Customer Service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
· Respond to inquiries from final-year students, graduates, and working professionals regarding educational programs and enrollment opportunities.
· Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, and program benefits.
· Follow up with prospective candidates to convert inquiries into enrollments.
· Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
· Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and clients.
· Achieve monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
· Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
· Good telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
· Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
· 2–5 Years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Admissions, Business Development, or Call Centre operations.
Candidates from Hotels, Hospitals, FMCG, Product & Service, Educational Institutions, BPO, Retail, Banking, or Insurance industries are preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mugalivakkam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Telemarketing: 2 years (Required)
