We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 3D Project Manager to lead and manage architectural visualization projects from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) industry and possess a strong understanding of 3D production workflows, client coordination, resource planning, and project execution.
The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of 3D architectural visualization projects, including still renders, walkthroughs, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and internal production teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to clients and management.
- Review creative outputs to ensure they meet client expectations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Manage project documentation, revisions, approvals, and change requests efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with 3D Artists, Team Leads, QA teams, and Creative Directors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources while maintaining productivity and delivery quality.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and overall performance metrics.
- Continuously improve project management processes and workflow efficiency.

Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have a good understanding of:
- Architectural drawings and construction documentation
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Twinmotion (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel, Project, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Production Manager in the Architectural Visualization or Architecture industry.
- Proven experience managing architectural rendering and visualization projects.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
