Role: Reservation Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Responsibilities:
- Handling guest bookings & reservation inquiries
- Coordinating reservations through calls, emails & OTAs
- Assisting guests with stay details, packages & availability
- Maintaining booking records and reservation updates
- Ensuring smooth coordination with operations team
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication & guest handling skills
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems & online booking platforms
- Professional, organized & customer-oriented approach
