Job Description:
Tapasya Projects is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong site execution, billing, and project coordination skills to manage construction projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure proper planning, resource allocation, and productivity at site.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and project cost control.
- Prepare measurement sheets, BOQs, quantity calculations, and billing documentation.
- Review and verify AutoCAD drawings before execution.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, and consumption at site.
- Maintain project quality, safety, and documentation standards.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong Site Execution and Construction Management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of RCC, Finishing, Civil Works, and Construction Methodology.
- Good command of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Experience in Client Billing and Subcontractor Billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, and Measurement Sheets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and project deliverables.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant construction project experience.
Preferred Candidate:
- Local Mumbai candidates only.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong Site Execution, Billing, and AutoCAD experience will be highly preferred.
