Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, student admissions, staff coordination, and overall growth of the Ernakulam center.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations: Manage day-to-day activities and ensure smooth functioning
Team Management: Lead, train and coordinate academic and admin staff
Admissions & Counseling: Handle student inquiries, admissions and follow-ups
Target & Growth: Achieve admission targets and drive branch growth
Reporting: Maintain records, attendance, and submit reports to management
Requirements:
Education: MBA Degree Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Branch Management / Operations preferred. Freshers with strong leadership skills may also apply
Skills: Good communication, leadership, sales & counseling skills, basic computer knowledge
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
