Job Summary
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 2.5–6 years. The teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate educational activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct interactive lessons based on the school's curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Support children's overall development through play-based and experiential learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain records.
- Encourage good habits, discipline, and social skills.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and educational events.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
- Ensure the safety, health, and hygiene of children at all times.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve academic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent preferred).
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.

- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.

- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing lesson plans.

Experience
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or preschool setting is preferr
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
