Hiring: QA Automation – AJO Testing
Experience: 6+ Years
We are looking for experienced QA Automation professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) testing.
Required Skills:
✔ Hands-on testing experience in AJO
✔ Journey testing (event-based triggers)
✔ Campaign/Delivery validation – Email, SMS & Push notifications
✔ Audience qualification testing
✔ Trigger → Journey → Communication flow validation
✔ Profile data validation & event ingestion testing
✔ Payload validation and cross-system data verification
✔ API testing using Postman
✔ SQL for data validation
✔ Automation testing exposure
✔ Debugging and failure analysis skills
Good to Have:
✔ Abandoned cart journey testing
✔ Welcome journeys
✔ Transactional trigger validation
✔ Exposure to logs/reports/payload validations
✔ Understanding of delays, triggers, and timing issues
Candidate should be able to:
✔ Explain testing approach
✔ Validate edge cases and failure scenarios
✔ Analyze why journeys/emails/SMS triggers failed
Pay: ₹328,229.35 - ₹1,014,006.51 per year
