ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Coordinate between the field sales team and the head office.
- Prepare daily sales activity reports.
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel for site visits.
Enquiry & Follow-up
- Receive and assign customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Coordinate customer site visits when required.
Quotation & Sales Support
- Assist in preparing quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for enquiry updates.
- Visit customer sites for coordination when required.
Showroom Management
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and discipline.
- Ensure brochures, catalogues, and product samples are available.
Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Visit existing customers and project sites.
- Identify repeat business and new project opportunities.
Reporting & Record Maintenance
- Maintain updated customer records in CRM.
- Submit weekly sales reports to management.
Job Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Experience in the uPVC or Aluminium industry is preferred.
Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
