Preferred skills:
Should have strong skills in reading and interpreting drawings.
Must be able to read drawings accurately.
To understand and interpret drawings well.
- Drawing Creation in AutoCAD by interpreting the sketches, rough drawings, or specifications provided by the Project director, engineers, or external architects
- Verify dimensions, materials, and other details to minimize errors and rework
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records
- Prepare detailed architectural and/or structural drawings as per design requirements
- Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and Site Teams for drawing clarifications
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and management instructions
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete project execution from excavation to final handover.
- Supervise and execute RCC works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Plan, inspect, and monitor shuttering and formwork activities.
- Coordinate and allocate labour for efficient site execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and maintain site records and reports.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines until successful handover.
