Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth, client engagement, business development, and overall business growth.
While digital marketing is part of the role, we specifically seek someone who goes beyond executing marketing activities. The candidate should be proactive, take ownership, identify opportunities independently, and actively contribute to business development and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand market reach and generate growth
- Monitor performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or professional services
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
