Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing Job Description for smooth and relevant hiring
- Reviewing resumes and applications and sourcing candidates from job portals
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance, Leaves, Holidays etc
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Training new or existing employees and communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Conducting various welfare activities and employee engagement activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
