About the Role
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with research scholars, faculty members, and academic professionals. The ideal candidate will introduce our research assistance services, understand customer requirements, maintain regular follow-ups, and convert potential clients into successful registrations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls.
- Introduce the company's research and publication support services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead conversion.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations over the phone.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM software.
- Self-motivation and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Eligibility
Education
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales.
