Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Social Media Recruiter who can drive talent acquisition through innovative online strategies. This role combines recruitment expertise with digital marketing skills to attract, engage, and convert high-quality candidates across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Recruitment
Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and job portals
Create and post engaging job content, reels, and hiring campaigns
Build talent pipelines for hospitality, corporate, and leadership roles
Manage inbound candidate queries and screening
2. Digital Marketing
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and employer brand
Create content (posts, captions, creatives) aligned with hiring goals
Monitor engagement, reach, and campaign performance metrics
Run basic paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) if required
3. Employer Branding
Strengthen the company’s online presence and visibility
Share success stories, placements, testimonials, and industry insights
Maintain consistency in brand tone and communication
4. Database & CRM Management
Maintain and update candidate databases/ATS
Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
Ensure timely follow-ups and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, HR, or related field
1–4 years of experience in recruitment, social media marketing, or both
Strong understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and social hiring
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools for content creation
Familiarity with MS Office and ATS/CRM systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitality or executive search hiring
Knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools
Ability to create short-form video content (reels)
Good copywriting and storytelling skills

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
