To manage end-to-end process of preparing and submitting bids on time.
Key Responsibilities of a Tender Executive
- Identifying relevant tender opportunities from government portals and procurement websites.
- Reviewing tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
- Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, finance, legal, operations, and technical teams to gather required information.
- Preparing tender documentation including:
- Technical proposals
- Commercial bids
- Compliance documents
- Company credentials
- BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted before deadlines.
- Handling online tender submissions through e-procurement portals.
- Managing EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits), bid securities, and other tender-related financial documents.
- Maintaining records of submitted tenders, results, renewals, and contract documentation.
- Communicating with clients or procurement authorities for clarifications and updates.
- Tracking tender status and supporting post-bid negotiations when required.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Analyzing competitor pricing and previous bid outcomes to improve future success rates.
Skills Required
- Strong documentation and organizational skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
