Job Description:
The Senior Manager – FLC Sales will be responsible for driving admissions and revenue targets for the School of Business & Finance (SBF) across all Finprov Learning Centres in Kerala. This is a fieldintensive leadership role requiring regular travel to all centres to coach teams, monitor performance, resolve challenges, and ensure operational excellence in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the Kerala sales targets for all School of Business & Finance programs.
- Conduct regular centre visits to review performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching.
- Monitor CRM discipline, lead ageing, follow-up quality, and conversion ratios.
- Plan and coordinate both offline and online marketing activities to support admissions across Kerala centres.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads to execute local marketing initiatives such as seminars, workshops, campus drives, education fairs, referral campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with colleges to drive institutional sales of addon and blended learning programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in Education, EdTech, Training, or Service industries
- Experience managing multi-location sales teams is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
