Primary Responsibilities
The Tech Architect will:
- Design end-to-end enterprise system architecture.
- Lead migration from legacy systems to modern technologies.
- Select the best technology stack.
- Design scalable databases and optimize schemas.
- Define backend and frontend architecture.
- Work with stakeholders to understand Army operational workflows.
- Create technical roadmaps and engineering standards.
- Guide development teams on implementation.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Plan UX flows and feature implementation.
- Participate in technical decision-making and architecture reviews.
- Support deployment in secure offline environments.
- Coordinate technical execution and development teams.
Required Skills
The person should have strong expertise in:
- Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture
- Backend technologies (.NET, Java, Node.js, etc.)
- Frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
- Database architecture (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- Application scalability and system design
- Legacy system modernization
- Secure application development
- DevOps and development pipelines
- Stakeholder management
- Government/Defence project experience (preferred)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
