Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for the India Hardware category within Global Procurement. The role involves managing purchase requisitions, supplier engagements, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and purchase order issuance for hardware, server, storage, networking, and related technology requirements. The Buyer collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and category managers to ensure cost optimization, timely deliveries, compliance with procurement policies, and achievement of business objectives while maintaining strong supplier relationships and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of hardware, servers, storage, networking, and related IT products for India operations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, supplier management, policy compliance, and timely fulfillment of business requirements.
