The
IT Business Partner acts as the key link between business functions and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with operational needs and strategic objectives. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, process improvement, technology adoption, and driving business value through effective collaboration across regional and global teams.
- Business Engagement & Representation: Act as an ambassador for IT, promoting global applications, services, and solutions across the region.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with regional leadership teams to understand business requirements and align technology priorities.
- IT Governance & Escalation: Act as a key point of contact for IT-related matters and manage regional escalations where required.
- Technology Deployment: Support the successful implementation and adoption of global IT applications and services.
- Regional Systems Support: Manage local and country-specific technology requirements while collaborating with infrastructure and support teams.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency initiatives, with a strong focus on recruitment operations and business processes.
- Business Analysis: Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.
- Workflow Mapping: Analyse and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Training & Adoption: Identify knowledge gaps, coordinate training initiatives, and promote user adoption of IT systems and processes.

- Business Partnering Experience: Experience working in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Project, or Technology Consulting roles.

- Recruitment Technology Knowledge (Desirable): Experience within recruitment environments and knowledge of Bullhorn would be advantageous.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
Bachelor
- s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in regional IT management, business partnering, or enterprise technology environments.
- Exposure to large-scale global systems and digital transformation initiatives.
