Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales leads.
- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.
- Coordinate with customers and overseas agents for shipment requirements.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide timely support.
- Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Understanding of Incoterms, container types, and FCL/LCL shipments.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Negotiate rates with customers and service providers.
- Manage multiple quotations and deadlines efficiently.
- Use MS Excel, Email, and CRM software for daily operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics
- MS Excel, Email, and CRM proficiency
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
