Job Overview
Mehfil Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the hotel's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing financial records in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (hotel industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
