Marbella Group is the luxury residential brand of Delhi Punjab Real Estates LLP, delivering landmark residential developments across the Tricity region. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function, build scalable people systems, recruit exceptional talent, and drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and performance.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage HR operations, enforce company policies, ensure statutory compliance, and support business growth.
Location: Sector 22-C, Chandigarh (with site presence in Mohali / New Chandigarh)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Based on capability and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Build and improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and labour laws.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR MIS.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Develop KPIs, HR reports, and workforce planning.
- Use HR data, AI tools, and HR software to improve efficiency.
- Support leadership with HR strategy and organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA HR preferred).
- 2–6 years of HR experience (exceptional candidates may also be considered).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Laws, POSH, PF, ESI, and Gratuity.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Personal laptop and own vehicle.
- Willing to work from the office in Chandigarh.
