Position Overview: The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to E-commerce/D2C projects and experience managing developers, project delivery, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:

5–11 years of experience in software engineering/project delivery

Mandatory E-commerce/D2C project exposure

Experience managing engineering teams and client deliveries
-
Strong expertise in Shopify or other E-commerce platforms
-
Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & frontend development

Understanding of Git workflows, code reviews, sprint planning & release management

Experience in performance optimization, Core Web Vitals & Lighthouse

Shopify + Liquid experience preferred

Strong stakeholder communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery and engineering execution

Lead developers and tech lead across multiple projects

Coordinate with clients, PMs, QA, and design teams

Ensure code quality, timelines, release stability, and performance optimization

Mentor team members and support hiring/onboarding activities
