Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Commerce / Management or a PhD in a related field
- Proven experience in curriculum development and academic writing
- Strong knowledge of management theories, practices, and applications
- Excellent command of English with the ability to draft structured, plagiarism-free academic content
- Prior experience with e-learning platforms or higher education programs is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and structure management curricula/modules aligned with learning outcomes
- Develop academic content, assignments, and assessments
- Ensure content quality, originality, and adherence to academic integrity standards
- Collaborate with academic managers and instructional designers for review and improvements
