Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in Pune and Bangalore. This role is responsible for driving client acquisition, conducting consultations, managing lead conversions, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, goal-oriented, and passionate about wellness and helping people improve their lives.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Sales Conversion
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their fitness and wellness goals
- Present WILDFIT’s programs and services effectively to potential customers
- Drive lead conversion through consultative and relationship-based selling
- Follow up consistently with leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely lead follow-ups
- Participate in promotional activities, wellness events, and community outreach programs
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or guidance
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients for upselling and referrals
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Track daily sales activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client-facing roles (wellness/fitness industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred
