Role – As an Associate / Sr. Associate, you would be required to assist the Firm in providing litigation Services to its Clients .
Qualifications – Full time LL.B (5 yr/ 3 yr.) from an accredited university.
Work Ex. – Minimum 2 years post qualification work experience with a lawyer or Law Firm. Must have experience in –
1. Handling consumer litigation on pan India basis.
2. Managing team of lawyers;
3. coordination with local counsels, managing trackers;
Role & Responsibilities includes but not limited to –
- Preparation of different drafts;
- Managing and maintaining trackers;
- appearance before different forums;
- First cut review of contracts – Buy and Sell, Master Service Agreements, Amendments, Addendums etc.;
- Negotiating simpler arrangements with the vendors/ service providers;
- Reviewing written statements, Appeals, evidence and other documents
- Interacting with external counsels to ensure timely filing of documents;
- Helping with execution and archival of agreements;
- Misc. Corporate Work
