Job Description – Projects Coordinator (Head Office)

The Projects Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple Civil EPC projects from the Head Office, ensuring smooth communication between site teams, consultants, clients, vendors, subcontractors, procurement, billing, planning, and management. The role will focus on timely execution, documentation, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Managers and site teams for day-to-day project requirements and execution updates.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and contractual timelines.
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for management review.
- Track pending drawings, approvals, RFIs, material approvals, technical submissions, and client/consultant decisions.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Billing, Contracts, Design, MEP, QA/QC, Safety, and Finance teams.
- Follow up on procurement schedules, material deliveries, subcontractor mobilization, and site requirements.
- Monitor BOQ quantities, work progress, billing status, variations, extra items, and change orders in coordination with the Quantity Surveying/Billing team.
- Maintain project-wise trackers for:
- Physical progress
- Financial progress
- Material procurement
- Client billing
- Subcontractor billing
- Drawings and approval
Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 15-20 years of experience in Civil Construction / EPC project coordination.
- Experience handling multiple projects from a Head Office or Regional Office will be preferred.
- Good understanding of civil construction activities, BOQ, billing, planning, procurement, contracts, and project documentation.
- Experience in institutional, hospital, commercial, industrial, or government EPC projects will be an advantage.
Required Skill
- Proficiency in AUTO CAD , MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong documentation and MIS reporting capabilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of project milestones as per schedule.
- Timely closure of site requirements and management action points.
- Accuracy and timeliness of project MIS.
- Reduction in approval/procurement-related delays.
- Timely client billing and certification follow-up.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
